Occasionally, we may consider undervaluing the product to reduce taxes, but please understand that taxes are collected by the local government. If you refuse to accept the package to avoid paying taxes and expect to return the item for a full refund, that is not possible. If you have already received the tracking number, please track your package on the courier's website. If you find that the package has reached your local postal service, please confirm the phone number and pickup location to ensure you can collect it on the same day.

TRACE IN LAST MINUTES
There’s a chance your package may be handed to a family member or left outside your door. Therefore, once the website shows that the package has been successfully delivered, we can’t take responsibility. Please ensure that your contact number is accessible and that you're available to receive it.

Shipping companies generally do not provide signature services or high-value insurance unless the buyer requests these options for an additional fee. Standard services such as E-express, air parcel, or surface mail will be delivered by the local postal service based on the basic shipping fees. Therefore, buyers must ensure they are available to receive the package upon delivery. Our company will not be held responsible for lost items when delivery is attempted to locations outside the city or to PO Boxes, schools, or companies.
If the item is lost or if the weight upon delivery does not match the system records, please take immediate photographs and contact us so we can work with the relevant departments to seek a prompt resolution.
Delays caused by flight cancellations, delays, or suspensions, as well as any adverse consequences resulting from these issues, are not our responsibility.
Delays and inspections caused by customs procedures, changes in customs policies, local government regulations, or inaccuracies in recipient information are considered uncontrollable factors. These may lead to delays, inspections, taxes, seizures, or other unusual circumstances.
If the buyer fails to confirm and pay any applicable taxes in a timely manner, or if the recipient becomes unreachable, this will result in delays related to tax payment and release. If the tax payment is not made within three days from the date of the tax notification, the item will be treated as abandoned.
If customs policies result in the need for a return of goods, and there is no response or confirmation within three days from the date the return notification is issued, the goods will be treated as abandoned.
During the courier delivery process, if the recipient becomes unreachable, and the goods are returned, they will be treated as abandoned if the recipient cannot be contacted within three days from the date the goods are returned.
Due to special weather conditions (such as rainy seasons, typhoons in coastal areas, and extreme heat), goods may experience issues such as dampness, melting, deformation, freezing, or even partial damage while in transit or awaiting clearance at airports and ports. Local couriers may not be able to provide compensation for these damages, so please consider waterproof measures for your products.
When signing for goods, any receipt by family members, security personnel, colleagues, or friends will be regarded as the recipient's signature. Our company will not accept any claims for damages or shortages for goods that have been normally signed for.
If goods are returned to our warehouse due to reasons such as recipient refusal or incorrect phone numbers, we will not provide compensation for any damage or loss incurred during transit. A second delivery will incur an additional handling fee of USD $30.00, as well as the actual shipping costs for the second delivery.
We are not responsible for delays in packages caused by postal strikes, wars, or major disasters. Please consider the safety issues of the destination country before making a purchase. We can send items to a forwarding center, but we are not responsible for arrangements after they leave the forwarding center.
If you require items to arrive by a specific date, please note that production times, batches, and supervision may cause delays. Refunds can be issued before shipping or before production begins. However, once custom products are in production or items have been shipped, no refunds will be granted. Customers are advised to understand this policy clearly.
Our company does not guarantee that customers will receive their orders by a specified date. For urgent orders, please choose expedited services like UPS, but we still cannot guarantee delivery by a specific time, especially during peak shipping periods.
Our company does not accept unreasonable requests from customers. If a customer requires their order to be expedited due to a specific deadline, we will not provide this service for free unless our company voluntarily chooses to do so based on a positive relationship with the customer. Changes may be made only if the shipping fee provided by the customer is similar to the expedited shipping fee.
